Introduction

Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is located in Yulong Naxi Autonomous County, Lijiang, 15 km north of the city. Rising to 5,596 m, it is the southernmost glacier in the Northern Hemisphere. The mountain features 13 peaks stretching 35 km, perpetually snow-capped. Visitors can take a cable car to the Glacier Park at 4,506 m, walk the wooden boardwalks, and enjoy spectacular views. Blue Moon Valley at the mountain's foot, with its turquoise lakes and white terraces, is a photographer's dream.
